Upfront
investment
In our partnership model, we finance and install the cabin, while partners invest in site infrastructure.
Revenue-sharing model
We earn together. Rental income is shared 70% to us and 30% to you, reducing your risk compared to running the project independently.
Thoughtful
design
The architecture of our cabins is created for nature-based projects, with a focus on atmosphere, guest experience, and longevity.
Unlock the potential of your land
Offer guests a truly meaningful escape into nature together with Stativa
Stativa is looking for partners in Poland, landowners with unique plots offering beautiful views, privacy, nature, and atmosphere, where a distinctive guest experience and an additional source of income can be created.
In our partnership model, you provide the land and invest in the site infrastructure, while Stativa takes care of everything else, design, cabin installation, launch, marketing, and guest acquisition.
We create thoughtfully designed, mobile cabins for rest and reconnection, where architecture, nature, and comfort come together. Rental income is shared between us, simply and transparently.

We are looking for landowners who offer:
A unique location
Nature, views, silence, privacy, and a true sense of being away from everything.

Basic infrastructure
Electricity (or the possibility to connect it), water supply, sewage where possible, and access for installing the home.

Potential for a meaningful experience
A place where guests can truly slow down and reset.
